• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all original packaging and documentation.

• Watches that show signs of wear or damage.

• Custom or special orders.

• Items returned after the 7-day window.

🔄 Exchanges:

• We accept exchanges within 7 days if the item is in perfect condition.

• Exchange is subject to availability of the item requested.

💸 Refunds:

• Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
